Terms and Conditions

Anna Milite – Dance & Dream

1. Registration and Conclusion of Contract

1. Registration for courses, workshops, or events may be made in writing, online, or in person and is binding.

2. By registering, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

3. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the registration by Anna Milite – Dance & Dream.

2. Payment Terms

1. Course fees must be paid in full no later than the first day of the course.

2. In the event of late payment, the dance school reserves the right to charge reminder fees or refuse participation.

3. Multi-class passes, subscriptions, or special offers are non-transferable to other persons.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

2. Cancellations made at least 5 days before the course start date will be fully refunded.

3. For later cancellations or non-attendance, no refund will be granted.

4. There is generally no entitlement to a refund for missed classes by the customer.

5. As a gesture of goodwill and subject to prior agreement, missed classes may be made up within 3 months. There is no legal entitlement to this.

4. Course Organization

1. The dance school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses if the minimum number of participants is not reached.

2. In the event of cancellation by the dance school, any fees already paid will be refunded in full.

3. Changes to the schedule or teaching staff do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund.

5. Liability

1. Participation in courses, workshops, and events is at the participant’s own risk.

2. The dance school is not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal belongings unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

6. Data Protection & Media Usage

1. Personal data of customers will be used exclusively for internal purposes and will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.

2. By registering, customers consent to the creation and use of photos and videos taken during courses or events for promotional purposes (e.g. website, social media).

3. Any objection to the use of image or video material must be submitted in writing in advance.

7. Miscellaneous

1. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

2. German law shall apply.

3. Place of jurisdiction is Munich, insofar as legally permissible.
